Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 20, 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to "What's in my mind?" (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application.

The App is published by Nicolas Nieddu (Raccoon Bit Studio). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

This Privacy Policy is provided to meet transparency requirements for app stores (including Google Play’s User Data policy and Apple App Store rules). Together with any disclosures shown inside the App, it describes how the App accesses, collects, uses, and shares data.

1.1 Summary: Data We Access, Collect, and Process

This section lists every category of data the App may access, collect, or process. Details for each category appear in Section 2.

We do not operate user accounts for the App. We do not ask for your name, email, or phone number in the App except where you optionally enter a player name stored locally.

2. Information We Collect

We collect or process the following types of information:

2.1 Data Stored Locally on Your Device

This data is stored exclusively on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

2.2 Advertising Identifiers

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect:

2.3 Photos and Videos

The App allows you to:

These files are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded to any server.

2.4 Health and Fitness Data (iOS HealthKit; Android Health Connect)

Personal and sensitive user data includes health and fitness information. On iOS, the App integrates Apple's HealthKit. On Android, comparable data may be accessed through Health Connect or other Android health-related APIs, only when you grant permission and only for the same kinds of features. Below we describe what we access, how that constitutes use of health data, and what we do not do with it.

Access and processing (what happens on your device)

With your explicit permission, the App reads health and fitness data from HealthKit on your device. For clarity: we do not receive or store this information on our servers. For the purposes of this policy, accessing HealthKit data on your device and using it to power in-app features is processing of health data on-device only. Values may exist in the App's memory while you use the feature; they are not sent to us or to analytics or advertising SDKs for that purpose.

Categories and types of HealthKit data we may access (only the types you authorize in the iOS permission screen; typically including):

We request access only to the HealthKit data types required for these features. If Apple shows additional types in the permission flow, those types are requested solely to provide the described functionality and are subject to the same rules below.

How we use health data (permitted purposes)

What we do not do with health data

Your control

The App does not write any data to HealthKit.

Android (Health Connect and health permissions)

If the Android version of the App requests access to health or fitness data (for example through Health Connect or other platform permissions), we read that data only on your device for the same purposes and categories described above (activity, energy/exercise, workouts as applicable). We do not upload it to our servers, do not sell it, and do not share it with advertisers (including Google AdMob). You can review or revoke permissions in Settings → Apps → What's in my mind? → Permissions and, for Health Connect, in your device's Health Connect settings, as applicable to your Android version.

If the Android version does not prompt you for health-related permissions, it does not access health or fitness data.
